Shipping - We ship with EMS - Please allow three to four weeks from order placement to delivery.
Mats/Mounts - Normally, we use black mats, for mounted/matted images, typically, with a 3 - 4" border and signed by the artist. Ultrawhite mats are available upon request. Images are cavity suspended to allow for any movement due to heat/humidity and are 'sandwiched' between the mat and a similar weight mounting card. We recommend that images be framed and 'remounted' by a professional framer.
Larger Print Sizes - Most images are suitable for reproduction up to 16 x 23 inch size (or larger) but a few are not. We will advise you at the time of order placement if we feel an image is unsuited for this size. If you wish larger sizes for a particular image, please contact us. We can print to 30 x 40inches. (We have printed many images at 30 x 40 inches and they have excellent display qualities)
Image Process - To achieve the highest display life quality, the images are printed on an Epson Stylus Pro printer using Kodak semi-matte paper and Ultrachrome resin coated pigment inks, or, on a Lightjet 5000 using Fuji Crystal Archive or Kodak Endura papers. Non-colour images are printed on archival matte paper, also using Ultrachrome resin coated pigment inks.
(Any of these combinations provide a quality non-fade display life of greater than 70 + years when mounted under glass and away from direct sunlight - we recommend you frame prints as soon as possible)
Framed Images - We are no longer shipping frames, however, framed images of many of our popular images can be on-line purchased through RedBubble or Eastern Serenity.
